ABOUT

MINISTRY ADVISORS

An important aspect of the Cultivate culture is that we are people who are interdependent — our personal growth and maturity take place within vulnerable, purposeful, and caring relationships. Therefore, we submit to and seek out the prayers and counsel from our Ministry Advisors on both personal matters and ministry decisions. They intentionally partner with us for encouragement and consultation. Their wisdom and clarity have helped us navigate through difficult and uncertain circumstances.
