An important aspect of our ministry culture is that we are people who are interdependent — our personal growth and maturity take place within vulnerable, purposeful, and caring relationships. Therefore, we submit to and seek out the prayers and counsel from our Ministry Advisors on both personal matters and ministry decisions through their intentional encouragement and consultation. Their wisdom and clarity have helped us navigate through difficult and uncertain circumstances. These advisors range from addiction recovery coaches, therapists, business owners, law enforcement, and long-time ministry associates.
