WHAT IS THE FREEDOM PROCESS?
The Freedom Process is a simple, guided journey that helps you identify and resolve individual sins, offenses, and losses that you've experienced.
Step 1: DISCOVER...the underlying patterns, thoughts, and experiences shaping your life. |
Step 2: IDENTIFY...and name the specific beliefs, wounds, or lies influencing your behavior. |
Step 3: RESOLVE...those root issues so they no longer control your responses. |
Step 4: LIVE FREE...with clarity, renewed thinking, and restored identity. |
This journey helps you uncover what is driving your thoughts, reactions, and relationships — and walk through a biblical path toward healing and peace.
Whether you're working through something personally or helping someone else, this process gives you a clear place to start with a practical path forward.
You can walk through the process in three ways:
- Forgiving an offense;
- Releasing a loss;
- or, Repenting of a sin.

DEVELOPED THROUGH REAL MINISTRY
The Freedom Process was first developed and tested in a classroom setting at a small Bible Institute in 2013. From its inception, it has been used and refined within local churches and ministries to help individuals and small groups work through sin, offense, and loss in a structured, biblical way.
Over the years, this process has helped guide honest conversations with Jesus that lead to confession, forgiveness, grieving, and release, all while teaching people to better hear God's voice and live empowered by the Holy Spirit.
