As we come to the close of another year, we want to take a moment to share a bit of the story behind the work you’ve been engaging with — and where it’s headed.
BUT FIRST — our daughter, Arianna, created our family’s Holiday/Christmas card and I wanted to share it with you. Simply click the following link to view our family’s Christmas Newsletter!

Cultivate Relationships, LLC was created to develop biblical teaching, discipleship tools, and ministry resources designed to help people experience healing, freedom, and transformation in Jesus. Over time, as churches and leaders began using these resources, a consistent need became clear: churches didn’t just need content — they needed training, structure, and support to implement ministry safely, biblically, and well.
Out of that need, we’re excited to announce that this year, Cultivate Ministries, Inc. was formed as a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Cultivate Ministries exists to take the resources we create and bring them to life in the local church through in-person ministry, volunteer training, and leadership development. While Cultivate Relationships creates and owns the resources, Cultivate Ministries uses them under license to equip churches and their leaders.
These are two distinct organizations with different roles, but a shared heart — to see the Church equipped to walk people toward healing, restoration, and maturity in Christ.
As we enter the end-of-the-year giving season, we want to invite you to consider supporting Cultivate Ministries, Inc. Your generosity helps fund volunteer training, ministry safeguards, church support, and the behind-the-scenes work required to serve churches with integrity and care.
Because Cultivate Ministries is a nonprofit, donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. You can make your tax-deductible gift by clicking the following link: https://cultivateministries.org/
If these resources have served you this year, your year-end gift to Cultivate Ministries is a meaningful way to help extend their impact into churches and communities.
Thank you for being part of this journey — and for helping make space for healing in the Church.
Happy New Year and God bless,
Nathan Steel
